Far-a-way Easter Endurance Carnival - April

Mary Valley Arts Festival – July
Last year more than 600 people came to the Imbil Pacific Hall to see and buy artwork from more than 130 creatives in the south-east. There are workshops, demonstrations, and food and wine events.

Gympie Music Muster - August
This iconic event is held over 4 days, on 5 stages and with over 100 artists under the gum trees of the beautiful Amamoor Creek State Forest. A must for country music lovers.

Mitchell Creek Rock N Blues Fest – September
An Australian premier music festival hosted on a private 100-acre property in the beautiful Mary Valley. Escape to the bushland for an adventure-filled weekend of rock blues and roots music. Free camping, two stages and over 150 artists.

Mary Valley Scarecrow Festival – October to November
The scarecrow festival is a fun game for visitors who travel country roads looking for straw creatures, arty sculptures and other creations honoring the tradition of building scarecrows. There will be a Google map to lead you down country roads to discover new places. It’s a great excuse to pack a picnic and tour through Mary Valley Country!
